Access
The property is easily and directly accessible from the town of Sion.
From the plain, the perfectly maintained Route cantonale de Nendaz links Sion to Haute-Nendaz in around 20 minutes.
Once in the heart of the resort, access is via the Route de l'Antenne, a municipal road that leads directly to the property. This section, like the rest of the commune's road network, is clear and safe all year round, guaranteeing optimum accessibility even in winter
