An exceptional location close to the ski slopes, with the option of arriving at the chalet on skis. A car is essential to get to the resort, or you can reach Nendaz on skis. On the heights of the popular Valais village of Nendaz, just a few minutes from the ski lifts, in a peaceful setting on the edge of the forest, this unique property enjoys an exceptional location with uninterrupted views over the entire Rhone Valley and the majestic Valais Alps
Municipality
In the heart of the Valais, perched on a slope on the left bank of the Rhône Valley, lies the commune of Nendaz, with its often panoramic views of the Alps and the Rhône Valley. The area, a quarter of which is forested, is an immense playground for nature lovers, stretching from the Rhone plain (Aproz) to its highest point (Rosablanche 3336 m), offering limitless freedom.
The commune is made up of some fifteen villages and hamlets, with a total population of 7,000.
Located at an altitude of 1360 m, Haute-Nendaz, the tourist center, is packed with shops and restaurants, offering all the amenities of a "small town" while retaining its mountain resort character. The commune's large population, as well as the influx of tourists and second-home owners, give the village a lively and pleasant atmosphere.
The resort offers direct access to the famous 4 Vallées ski area, comprising 410 km of ski runs and itineraries, as well as its highest peak, Mont-Fort, at 3330 m. Winter sports take center stage, offering experiences for beginners and experts alike, both on and off the slopes. Events such as the Nendaz-Freeride or the Verbier Extreme (at Mont-Fort) liven up the quieter weeks of the season.
Summer is a great time for walking, thanks in particular to a unique network of bisses stretching over 98 km, offering rides for all levels. Hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers can take advantage of the many routes available, from the plains to the glaciers, through orchards, forests, alpine roads or rocky paths, along mountain lakes or up to the highest peaks. In July, Nendaz is transformed into the capital of Alphorn music, with its international festival.
The resort of Nendaz is constantly evolving to meet the expectations of its many tourists, with innovative alpine buildings. In recent years, Nendaz has expanded its range of luxury hotels, including the 4* Hotel des 4 Vallées and its exceptional spa, open to the public (2200 m2 in total)
