Ground floor

This apartment is on the first floor with a lovely terrace.
As soon as you open the door, you'll find the kitchen with a beautiful fireplace in the living room.
A bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed, as well as a fully renovated bathroom.

Parking for one car is available at the side of the main road, about 100 meters from the chalet.

Situation

The apartment is located in a small hamlet, offering a peaceful living environment.
With its exceptional view, it offers a mountain landscape.

Municipality

The commune comprises some 15 villages and hamlets. Basse-Nendaz is the administrative and parish capital.
Close to Sion, the commune of Nendaz lies in the middle of the RhĂ´ne valley, on the left bank. Its vast territory of 8,593 hectares has several unique features: it follows the contours of the valley of the same name and stretches from the fertile plain to the eternal snows.
Nearly a quarter of the land is forested. It plays a notoriously protective role, guarding against the devastation of erosion and avalanches. The valley is bisected by the Printse, a tumultuous river that is both the source and outlet of a multitude of irrigation channels.
Nendaz is crowned with magnificent peaks, such as the Rosablanche (3336 m), the most beautiful alpine viewpoint in central Valais, and the Mont-Fort (3330 m), now accessible to all thanks to the ski lifts

The 4 Vallées ski area
410 km of pistes and 89 lifts in a single package: the 4 Vallées ski area flirts with the infinite. Its countless possibilities, as well as the quality of its snow cover and sunshine, make it an exceptional site in more ways than one!
With the Mont-Fort glacier (3,330 m) as its highest peak, this ski area is a delight for both experts and novices alike. Open from November to the end of April, it links the resorts of Verbier, La Tzoumaz and Bruson, as well as Nendaz, Veysonnaz and Thyon.
In summer, we enjoy walks along the various bisses, mountain biking or electric cycling with its magnificent outings, the outdoor swimming pool with a magnificent view of the Alps, the sports center with its tennis courts, climbing wall, volleyball area and soccer cage, and a large green lawn in front of the building
